Anthony, It was great seeing you. I wish I had spent more time with you and asked you more questions about your army experiences. Thanks to your WONDERFUL mother, I can now read about your exciting adventures. These journal entries have made me laugh, cry, cry some more, and better appreciate the sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers who are out there risking their lives (and waking up at 4a.m. lol) to defend our nation. Thank you. I was so suprised when I heard you had joined the army, but I was happy for you. You did the best thing for you, and I am sooooo proud of you!
I left for Army basic training Oct 22, 2007 and this is my journal. It's an exciting journey and I would like to share my experiences with my family and friends. I can't wait to see all of you again....Anthony
